Be a vendor at The Sunflower Farm Market Day

Sunday August 18th: 10am-4pm

The Sunflower Farm welcomes hundreds of visitors every weekend and we are excited to be offering an opportunity for small business owners and food trucks to bring their hand crafted goods to the farm.

Apply for a 10’x10’ outdoor space at The Sunflower Farm in Beaverton for our first annual Market Day! Only 75 vendor spots available.

More details:

Fees: $55 +HST for the day. 10’x10’ space $85 +HST if you sign up for both dates.

Fees for Food Truck: $85+HST for the day. Larger space permitted. Max 2 food vendors per market day.

Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance at the time of payment.

No electrical power or wifi available.

Venue is outdoors - the farm is open rain or shine. You are welcome to bring a pop-up tent for your space. We will reschedule due to dangerous weather conditions (thunderstorms).

You are required to stay for the duration of the event.

To apply:

Email your contact and business info, full description and list of your products, website, social media accounts and a photo of your set-up from previous markets. We will review your business and application and get back to you. You must apply and be approved by our management team. Note: there may be product overlap between vendors - please reach out with any questions!
