PARKING

Parking is available on the farm and is included with your entrance ticket. Please proceed through the entrance gates with your prepaid online ticket.

Please do not park on the road or highway. The Sunflower Farm backs up to a busy highway. Parking or walking from the highway is dangerous and could potentially be life threatening. Please respect the farm and proceed to the parking lot located on the farm.

Please respect our neighbours. Do not park on the side of the road near the neighbouring property, block their access, or trespass onto their land. This is private property and not our farm for you to enjoy. Please proceed to the on-farm parking lot.

We are not liable for any parking incidents that may occur on or off the farm property.

FARM RULES

We ask that all visitors follow our farm rules, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, including our staff. Anyone found violating these rules or engaging in anti-social behaviour will be asked to leave the farm, with no refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please DO NOT pick sunflowers in the field. This field will be harvested in the fall for sunflower birdseed. Sunflowers are available to purchase on the farm.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the farm - including the parking lot. Period. This includes cigarettes, marijuana and vaping. Please respect keeping a clean experience for everyone visiting.

No Drones: Please note that for the safety of our guests, drones or similar devices are not permitted to fly over The Sunflower Farm property at any time, day or night.

No Dogs: Doggie Days are only every Saturday at the farm. As much as we love furry friends we ask you find someone to take care of them for your day at the farm. Leaving dogs in hot vehicles is life threatening and we will not allow you to enter the farm with any animals in your vehicle.

Give a Hoot & Don’t Pollute: Please keep our farm clean. Leave no trace but footprints and smiles. Take your garbage home or please use our bins and recycling located on the farm.

No Professional Photography: Any professional photography is only allowed with a Photographer’s Pass before or after regular business hours. See HERE for more details.

Stay Hydrated: It can get hot at the farm - please be aware of the heat and humidity during your visit. Loose-fitting, lightweight, light-coloured clothing will help keep you cool. Bring your own water or try one of our refreshments!

No Outside Food: No outside food or alcoholic drinks are permitted. Picnics are not allowed on the farm at this time. Sorry!

Accessibility: We do our best for accessibility - the trail is lined with straw for accessibilty but the ground can be uneven in the field.

Remember: You are visiting a farm. There will be flies, bees and other bugs…and lots of dirt. Come prepared and enjoy the visit!
